      Avoid at all cost (used to be great, now it's a terrible place)

      Pros

      Used to be fairly great. Good company culture, competent employees, lots of perks, bonuses.

      Cons

      Since being acquired by Byborg Enterprises in the last year, the place really went down. No vision, no direction, poor communication, completely incompetent upper management, huge employee turnaround. It's as bad as you can imagine.

      My team from top to bottom. From my Director to my Manager and my Teammates, all are very knowledgeable and professional, despite the current conditions.

      Cons

      Byborg... Not much else to say than that. Since they acquired Seedbox, it's been nothing but downhill from there. It is May 4th as I write this, we received an email the day before everyone leaves for Christmas Holiday break, saying we will be forced to go back to the office starting sometime in the new year. New year came and a month and a half later (early Feb) another email stating that the RTO will be either April 13th or April 20th. To date, there is no new office selected or acquired. There has been zero communication from them since about RTO or even our bonuses or salary increases.

      Coworkers are great despite the new working conditions

      Cons

      Since the company aquisition, there is no clear vision, no communication anymore, a constant blur, long time to take basic decision because of a lot of micromanaging.
