- The culture is genuinely positive and supportive - The benefits package is generous - Environment that fosters innovation and allows employees to do meaningful work - Forward thinking and always finding ways to improve the service - Genuine care towards clients and the team

Cons

- Being fully remote means we need to work harder to maintaining a tight-knit culture. But there's huge efforts to connect people through online social events and activities which is great - There's still work to be done in defining processes and setting standards (which is quite normal for a small agency), But we have made significant strides on this lately
