Pros
- Company’s founders are very dedicated and driven towards its motive. - Employees are very genuine. - Work life balance can be expected. - All 3 founders are very professional, mature, honest, approachable and are always willing to help if you want to grow professionally &/or personally(if needed). - Satisfactory mentorship provided by the senior teammates whenever required & feasible.
Cons
I don’t see this as a con, but some might. So i’ll add it. As it is an early stage startup, you obviously tend to see yourself working on the weekends, too sometimes. But hey, in the end of the day it’s up to you and your love/enthusiasm towards the work you’re doing.
