      Good platform, but bad culture and leadership.

      Pros

      Many of the people are great to work with and the platform is valuable.

      Cons

      - The leadership has serious problems and toxicity. Employees are routinely let go or fired without explanation. - The management gives inconsistent feedback and expectations. - There is a serious issue of people going behind each other’s backs to give negative feedback. - People are told they are performing well and then let go, and management gives dishonest feedback with unclear leadership. - Mass layoffs happened in 2025 with abysmal severance packages, despite the company of exceeding all revenue goals.

      The pay was pretty good.

      Toxic work environment with expectations and goals changing daily making it nearly impossible to make any real progress.
