      Bullies, insult your appearance, claim to be inclusive but only hire a certain type of person. Extremely stuck up, corrupt hierarchy. I have no idea how they managed to get on the Sunday Times Best Places to work. There is nobody to complain to, HR say everything is a ‘you problem’ so multiple people end up leaving due to poor mental health. I do not advise you work here.

      Pros

      Very friendly atmosphere. Everyone is so supportive of each other and celebrates each others successes. Amazing brands.

      Cons

      Holiday allowance could be better, especially with how fast paced it is, you need those breaks.
