Very smart people, that are super motivated and driven. There is a strong company culture, and everyone is working hard towards a common goal.
Cons
It's a startup moving into a scale-up. This means we are moving fast, but things might not always as organized as they could be. On the positive side, everyone is very open to feedback and involved in consistently improving the way we do things.
