Great managers and atmosphere for support. Fantastic benefits Great leadership

Cons

Promotions are difficult to achieve, especially when going out for maternity leave. Having to start all over for a promotion is not fair. Managers making political comments isn’t really cool, but they treat me well overall so I can’t complain. Work life balance is preached but hard to achieve because the unlimited PTO policy is micromanaged.
