Sefaira lost quite a few talented product managers and developers over the last year and a half, and have done a very poor job filling the gaps. This has resulted in a very junior, largely ineffective product development team.
One of the biggest problems is that upper management is incapable of generating or communicating a roadmap. This leaves development without anything meaningful to build and sales with nothing new or valuable to leverage.
Salaries with variable pay aren't worth it.
