Not the best place to work at

Pros

Good salary and reasonable benefits. During tax time, meals are ordered.

Cons

People are called managers but they prepare files so they are glorified senior accountants. Juniors are given data entry files. New partners rarely make an effort to get to know staff and have poor communication - always busy. Work is not allocated properly. Cannot trust HR at this firm. Slow progression to grow and be promoted - partners have their favourites.

Pros

Colleagues are friendly. Great supports for work and CFE. Gain assurance experiences for various industries.

Cons

Unfair paid. If you are not the favourite one. You will be out of the box. All falls will be blamed on you. You will have a bad result on your annual review. Long working hours during the busy season and summer because short staff. They treat you as a robot. Poor schedule. If you ask you have too many file need to handle at the same time and you cannot finish them, they will ask you to figure it out by yourself. And at the same time, you see others are taking vacations and have no work to do.
