Great team atmosphere. Colleagues are always will to help and collaborate. Pay is okay

You can pretty much only rely on your teams for help, guidance, or support. Management doesn’t know what you do and will likely just point u to another teammate for direction (head management specifically. seldom do they have an ans for u. Training is also non existent. HR isn’t supportive or helpful with ur concerns either.

Working at Segra for nearly six years allowed me to gain deep telecom expertise, grow through multiple roles, and develop strong cross-functional and systems experience while supporting large-scale network operations.”

Cons

While Segra offered strong learning and growth early on, over time the environment became more reactive with limited upward mobility, which led me to seek a role where I can apply my experience more strategically and proactively.”
