      Pros

      Partners with well-known clients and works on well-known IPs, which could be nice for resume-building. There is no shortage of work if you're given a project and set goals. Management is friendly and family-oriented. You will not have to worry about lack of personal life until absolutely necessary (i.e., just before product's release date).

      Cons

      If you're stuck doing only maintenance work on a released product, you can go days or even weeks without doing any work until the next bug is discovered. This can also be a pro if you have side-projects to work on or skills you want to build as you'd have a lot of free time.

      Exciting projects, staying ahead on technology, and cool partners. Fun and dedicated people make coming to work every day worthwhile.

      Company is split among multiple offices.

      Pros

      laid back. and people are very experienced in this company. You can expect to learn a lot from your co-workers. You can also work on a lot of big projects. I can't share much detail here. But the company do work with very big publishers in the industry.

      Cons

      1. Traffic sucks in this area. 2. Parking spot is a hug problem.I always have to get their early to find a street parking. otherwise, expect a 10 mins walk. 3. pay is generally lower compared to other company.( just my personal experience )
