Pros

Monthly salary + paid-for benefits + easy to get to location + good reimbursement policy

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Constantly having A manager look over your shoulder, even if he/she isn’t your direct manager. God forbid you work 39 hours instead of 40 hours, they’ll ask you to use vacation time to make up the missing hour. But if you work more than 40 hours there’s no benefit to you.

No Work/Life Balance

Pros

Small company that tries to care about its employees. Unfortunately it does not succeed due to poor leadership and a chaotic environment. Many of the customers are great to work with which makes the job tolerable.

Cons

Long work hours for field services engineers with no prioritization of customers. Customers are spread throughout Puget Sound so you spend a lot of time just traveling around between sites. Working from home is strictly frowned upon so you really need to like driving or riding the bus to work here.

Great co-workers since most interviews include multiple rounds of current employees to give feedback.

Cons

Work 45 hours but get paid for 40 No lunch breaks if you are traveling to a client Lack of communication from management Working holidays
