Decent pay and fun atmosphere, but no work-life balance

Decent pay, banter, some nice people, Breakfast club Driver bonus, but can be hard to get the "A" grade

Cons

Working late and it's expected (including saturdays which can be very long days and usually is) treated bad even when working hard yet people do lack of work and get treated like royalty No work/life balance, and management don't really care, just care about their precious target

Close to home but not worth giving up a Saturday for when all they see is targets and bonuses and not your own life as a human.

Cons

Treated and seen like a donkey for the sake of bonuses. Not that you’re a human that has a life outside of work.
