      too many managers sat round in the office thinking of ways to make the job harder Other departments stood talking a lot. My mental health was affected.

      Pay was ok. Some people were good to work with.

      Cons

      Awful view towards health and safety, should have been prioritised but at times didn't even feel safe working there. If you bring up H&S issues they don't go any further and you're expected to just get on with it. Some of the staff were the most disrespectful, sexist, homophobic people I've ever encountered. Management is so hands off it verges on non-existent, only feedback you get is negative when there's issues, no time for praise or good words.
