Pros
There were a decent number of advancement opportunities but it seemed as though they were already given before offered. The professional growth was astounding at first, and is a great place for someone to get their start in the professional world.
Cons
It was a very political environment. If you were on the good side you had all of the opportunity in the world, but as soon as you were seen questioning the company you were ousted and soon terminated. I was lucky to be on the good side, but as soon as I left my name was smeared with existing employees. I am still thankful for the time I spent there as it has turned me into who I am today.
