      Horrible culture, management makes you think you less than to make you feel small and make them feel better about themselves. They are always making mistakes and will pin on you. Make you the scape goat. Will not take any accountability. They want you to stay where you are, no room for growth or improvement. Management lacks knowledge so you can’t learn from them

      Founder and CIO George Loening is an investment genius who has delivered top decile returns for over 30 years, a very affable boss, and the hardest working person in the Firm.

      Cons

      Dead wood is not pruned, and it's starting to affect the culture.
