Please only believe all of the negative comments throughout this thread as whilst working there, the amount of negative comments coming through on this portal led management to ask staff to write a positive review which left everyone laughing. A negative review this year led management pulling each individual from that particular department into a room and asking if they knew who wrote it, which I'm sure this will result in the same consequence. You will be hired for your experience which will be super exciting to start with as there is so much potential within the company however you are under a CEO who 'knows best' so your passion and efforts are very quickly diminished. CULTURE I cannot stress enough the importance to stay away from this corrupt, culturally ostracized company. The majority of the staff aren't shy of speaking in another language throughout the office, across desks, in meetings completely disregarding anyone who doesn't speak that language whilst at times very blatantly talking about you directly in front of you. Quite a few of the employees are friends or family who are completely unqualified in their roles leaving everyone else to pick up the pieces. CEO Everyone in the office has at least once witnessed the intimidating atmosphere of someone being screamed at. If he doesn't know your name you will addressed as "You?". Too focused on quantity over quality and churning money than the welfare or success of the company. Although you are employed for your knowledge and experience he knows 'best'. Employees were once pulled one by one into an office by him being shown a picture of an empty office once everyone had gone home on time and asked if they care about the company and the current stats? Whilst the reasons for the stats is incompetent decision making every. single. day. by management. Not to mention within management there is a pathological lying side kick who is running the company into the ground. STAFF WELFARE They do not even supply tea, coffee or pens! If you don't want to live in fear day in, day out of getting fired on the spot and having no one to help you - do not work here. There is rarely HR, they seem to get them in every once in a while to sort situations out and then fire them within probation to merely scrape the legal requirements. There is absolutely no doubt that you will be absolutely isolated and completely taken for granted in this work place.

hi guys ive worked at select fashion since October last year today ive just walk out of the job because of my manger she give me a team berf witch i listen to she then went on to tell me off for looking at the front door i said well am listing to what you are saying and imaging the customer walking in what they would like what are they there for if i can make the target. She then went on to tell me that i dont listen to her and that am just a little girl but i am a 22 year old woman and ive worked since i was 16 she then went on to tell me that she had conference call she had and said i will tell you this you are the lowest one for my ppi and trans i said yes that maybe but give me a chance am still learning this is all new to me she went on about how she is the manger and she shouldnt be having conference like this i said well you are the manger isnt that what you have to do it she then got in my face called me a little girl again so i went i didnt sign up for anyone getting in my face so i went to go up stairs there is a rail before i can go and get my belongings from upstairs she the put her hand on the rail and wouldn't let me get passed to get my belongings and still was getting in my face pushing her body on to me i said get off the rail am getting my personal items then leaving so she let go of the rail and then i went got my personal items and went back down stairs as i was there she was waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs and wouldn't let me passed at all she the kept getting in my face so i then said can you get out of my personal space and went to walk out but then she started to follow saying dont worry ill send you p45 for you
