Poorly run home managers leave the home at 4pm Mon to friday deputy manager spends a lot of her time in smoking area smoking having extra long breaks residents are Sat down with no interaction from their 1 to 1 they sit down on their mobiles all day yet managers do nothing about this I feel for the residents 99% of staff speak poor english and all stick together their is one around 6 staff their who first language is English so you struggle to communicate and residents don't get any interaction it's a poor home and don't recommend you put your loved ones in here Also you don't get payed for any courses they make you do in your own time it's has to be unpayed you only get ssp if you fall poorly if your lucky And the managers don't respect you it's very clicky environment

Long hrs days 12 hr no payment for training they expect you to do .no company sick pay no benefits at all poor management in the home poor staff at the home their are 4 staff their that do care and they communicate with residents and care for them well but the others are all no good
