      Indifferent management is better than micro managing

      Pros

      My team was an awesome group of really smart people with amazing backgrounds. I had good experiences working with management across the company, as I worked to meet their needs.

      Cons

      I did not trust my own management. This was okay, because my management generally was blind to what I was doing, which gave me some freedom to make improvements, and work with people.
