They treat you with respect, I got 2 raises in my first 4 weeks, Positive Culture, Good people to work with, Overall- very glad I decided to join the Company
Cons
Very physical job, I came from the construction field so I enjoy the type of work I am doing. But if you are not used to working a physical job, there would be an adjustment period.
