Technology transfer concept is worthy, but in 15 years of raising money from investors this company SUTI has yet to be successful...at anything except raising money. Poor management. Documented record of failing to pay employees and vendors.

Employees are treated well and often devoted to the company, but employees are often not paid, and many hold unsatisfied judgements (Labor Board). Company continues to solicit investors, but no businesses, products or services have ever been successfully produced or launched.
This company had grand ideas and never enough funding to do anything right. Eventually they went out of business having NOT PAID many employees, even those who secured a judgement.
Cons
Stay clear of Fred Rogers and anyone who thinks that cheating and stealing from employees -- people who worked hard in poor conditions -- is any way to run a business. It's dishonest and someone should be in jail.
Management is respectful to all employees.
Company culture is a nice calming atmosphere.
Work hard and you will be acknowledged.
Training classes are fun and informative.

The "left hand" sometimes doesn't know what the "right hand" is doing.
Management can shield certain things that the employees are entitled to know.
Limited resources can often make it difficult to do certain jobs.
Low salaries compared to the location.
Benefits are on the mediocre side.
