      Pros

      Management is friendly. WFH hybrid option offered.

      Cons

      Will lay you off out of nowhere. No performance reviews. Seniority is a big deal. If you’re new or low on the totem pole you’re not exactly secure.

      Pros

      Way to get your foot in the door to the larger industry as a whole. Good exposure with larger companies (Verizon, Sprint, Crown, etc).

      Cons

      Was not confident in the future of SSC while employed. Layoffs occurred pretty consistently throughout my tenure, I left on my own. Seems to lack progressive direction. Pay is low, benefits pretty expensive. Company seems to take on/win the work no other firms want.
