Pros
Decent salary + occasional bonuses and hikes + increment based on skill and performance + flexible timings + decent workload
Cons
Development process / meetings / availability all gets complicated due to miscommunication all the time (cannot really blame wfh as it is one of the best models for work/life coexistence)
