Flexible work schedule Freedom to learn new technologies Exposed to very smart co-workers who are always willing to teach Healthy work environment due to team outings and approachable management
Cons
Selerity still has a start-up feel to it, if you are used to larger companies with closely followed rules, this will be a shock.

- Overall the teams at Selerity are great with smart people. - Cool projects to work on and you can also work on anything that benefits the company. - Diverse technology choices with strong test-based and integration culture.
Cons
- Small client base due to b2b nature, scalability for front-end is very limited. - Bad location. - Project overturn rate is high.
