Caring environment, truly committed to helping others and its employees, strong humanitarian culture.

Cons

Compensation is guided by non-profit principles. Do not bother applying if you expect to get performance-based compensation.

Pros

Mission-oriented and a place you could retire from. Managers really believe in you and want you to grow. Lots of promotion ability.

Cons

Pay is a problem for some. But managers and VPs are paid at a salary cap which is nice cause nobody works here because of salary
