      Company has a great reputation

      Cons

      Most employees are overworked and underpaid. If you are a woman in construction you will only be happy here if you keep your mouth shut and head down. You will constantly watch men that do poor/less work get promoted past you.

      Pros

      Not much to say... was a lot of hype that reality showed was just that - hype. Not much substance to this company. I hear it used to be different, but little chance that it will ever return to the Glory Days.

      Cons

      Where to start - After incredible hopes for a successful transition, the reality of broken trust set in. Not sure how the company is able to maintain relationships when the reality is so bleak.

      Many great, hardworking employees Opportunity to work on cool projects.

      Cons

      Old boys club: leaders continue to play favorites leading to unfair promotions and team members working under fear and uncertainty. Loyalty is not rewarded at this company... HR Leadership: HR has no interest in looking out for the interest of people. Only the company's. Don't be fooled...this is the common story from all the ex-Sellen employees.
