-SLBC exceeds at recognizing and hiring talented individuals -Most members of SLBC exec team+management are good at exercise

Cons

-Wages are grossly under SaaS averages for similar roles (-40% based on my current salary) -Demonstrates clear lack of value for individual contributors -Toxic 'inner circle' culture -Bait/switch style management tactics to promise raises/promotions in an effort to keep over-performers -SLBC is dependent on; 1. employees who don't value their market worth 2. content with being in their amoral inner circle

Pros

Amazon industry is super exciting right now, and fast moving. Lots of opportunities to step outside of your role and do other things.

Cons

CEO lacks vision and is hard to approach. They also haven't been able to get any real game-changing software out in the past few years, just a lot of talk. Sales of their agency service rules the roost.

+ Ability to work remotely + Ok to start your career, just don't stay there for over a year

Cons

- Management has no strategy, there is no goal - No budget for the marketing team - CMO seemed underqualified - They fired over five people in a row, the people were not the problem though - Toxic environment
