The worst team and workflow ever

People are mostly friendly here

Cons

People drag each other down and they never own responsibilities nor work proactively including some of VPs. If you want to work with a team, solve challenging problems using your creativity and accomplish something for your career advancement, this is not a right place. The company hires anybody and they do it without a proper interviews, also there is no training and educational programs after joining. As a result, people continue staying there are either who have good relationship with managers or who can’t get a job elsewhere. Very one dimensional culture, no diversity or dynamics. The operation is not scalable and management people don’t know how to improve the old workflow hence you need to cover for it by working over time. No work life balance. Everybody is online basically all the time on their phone. You need to be there to work whenever needed even you are on PTO. It’s expected. It’s mentally exhausting environment due to you need to work with intellectually lazy people, trying to figure out meaningless problems all day, everyday. If you want to work at a place where you can learn, develop your career, achieve for your personal growth, and have work life balance then go somewhere else.

some good people. easy task. flexibility. remote available

Cons

People are lazy. Avoidant, passive aggressive, fake, naive. Some few people are helpful and they're usually with the visa. But visa expires, so people left. Very low retention. Management became even worse due to the merge. Global teamwork is required but there is no good system. People won't do their task properly nor communicate with collaborative teams in Asia. They wanted to feed themselves with the pretending - no, no one with this attitude is working right. Lots of inefficient, closed communications. No one wants to do the proper task. Nothing to learn. People who have been there for quite a long time are okay with the environment - so they stay there so they promote and things become worse. And they promote.
