Incredible work culture. Close knit team with a strong sense of community and responsibility for one another. Great upper management. The CEO, COO, and the department directors all ensure seamless cooperation among the employees, as well as give great training. Very good learning opportunity, as a digital campaign manager, I have learned more in my 9 months than in all 4 years of college.

The team culture deviates from the typical cubicle office with people needing to nervously knock on the doors of their superiors. We have an open floor where everyone is encouraged to be themselves openly. I feel routinely energized by the team every day I step into the office. We are all after the same goal. Also, we've been consistently growing year/year.
