      Pros

      This company used to have a great culture and wonderful people. Some of it still remains, but you have to look closely. Also the thought behind the product is not bad and there seems to be a good market opportunity.

      Cons

      Semalytix is a great example how bad leadership can destroy a company and its people. There used to be a lot of potential, but now many high performers are leaving. The lack of appreciation for long-term employees is ridiculous. After more than 5 years after its foundation the company is still ruled by the dictatorship of the founders and decision making is wild and seems uncoordinated and not thought-through.

      ideas are appreciated and anyone can keep their voice forward. The great feedback culture of the company helps in an additional growth value in new. You are not limited to one role. The management provides various opportunities and really push you forward to grow. flexible working hours, travels are supported and amazing people

      no company is perfect but Semalytix tries to handle every possible concerns

      International and open start-up culture with challenging tasks and lots of opportunities to learn

      Pros

      - relaxed and homely work environment, can be yourself - really good on-boarding process - encourages independent working - CEO and managers are always approachable - international working environment - Fitness First gym membership! - every month there are mini office events which involve international food or sharing hobbies - growing very fast but management do a lot to keep startup culture

      Cons

      The office kitchen is small, but our Operations team is currently working on equipping our second kitchen.
