While the company promotes the idea of a ‘Fyllo Fam,’ the reality falls far short. Frequent layoffs occur approximately every six months, diminishing the stability and morale among employees. During my year-long tenure, I witnessed the offboarding of over 40 colleagues. Management is inconsistent and often at odds with each other, leading to a culture of miscommunication and a lack of support for lower-level employees. While cost-saving is important for any business, the company’s refusal to invest in essential tools—sometimes as inexpensive as $20/month—raises questions about financial stability. Two lines of business were eliminated within a single year, and key software staff were among those laid off. Despite a veneer of professionalism among higher-ups, the treatment of employees on my level was disappointing. Unfortunately, the departure process lacked basic courtesies; I wasn’t wished well or even acknowledged by the management team. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working here if you are looking for a stable and supportive work environment.
