I am really thankful to Semi Design and especially Deepak Kumar sir, who is been guiding me (literally like holding my hand) through this vast and challenging VLSI domain. Hands down Semi Design is the best place for a VLSI enthusiast to start his career and learn/enhance his skills which in turn will enable him to shape his desired career in the VLSI field.
