Ok if you don't have a job and need the money

Pros

You get free laser while you work there, and the hybrid schedule is nice since the office is so crappy. The people in the office are great to be with and they have a 401k plan but with no match.

Cons

The company is all over the place with the founders shifting ideas all the time. If you don't have a job and need the money, I'd say go ahead and take it. If you're somewhere already, keep looking. I've seen people start here and get dropped in 3 or 4 months. Some, even in the same month they started, because the "founder's ideas changed". They hire people for the one idea they had, then, when they change their mind, they move on from you. The insurance is pretty terrible too.

The pay is decent and some of the employees were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Over worked. Under paid. No work life balance at all. Managers are expected to run the store as if it were there own business until you're reminded it's not. No real structure. No team coverage if you have an emergency. No communication between upper management and store managers. Horrible place to work.

Nothing this has by far been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a company in my 10 years in esthetics

Cons

They offered me a job, had me sign contracts of accepting their offer letter, fill out employee tax documents and leave me job only to leave me jobless 4 days before I was supposed to start
