The leadership team at Semper takes great pride in our ‘family’, and we encourage growth and success with all of our Family Members. From the interview process and continuing through the first day on the job, the philosophies and vision of Semper are made clear to all. Job expectations are set. We strive to hire only those people who believe in and agree with our core values, and who promise to hold to those values and job expectations.
This situation is a failure on our part in the selecting the right person for the role. We believe that everyone has good qualities and skills. Unfortunately, the qualities and attitude needed for this role did not line up with the person we selected for the task.
Semper account managers (this position) are expected to take care of our clients. It is their first and last duty. In return for the caring of our clients, we take care of our account managers. This is a key role in our business, and if the right person holds up to our rigorous standards, they will succeed.
