Highly collaborative, mission-driven team with decisive and encouraging leadership. They work hard to work smart. They are also growing into the size they should be. And they have made real and lasting commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion, in their programs and in their staff, board, and volunteer recruitment.
Cons
There is a lot of work to do, and staff are eager to show up for the mission. Hard to say no to needs, but they are improving on prioritizing.
