Training and management is a joke. Staff is suspicious and defensive of new hires. This is not an objectively performance based production company, its objectives are based on opinions of its employees and staff, the emotions of a minority basically guide company objectives and employee performance ratings. Those who perform above average are shunned and excommunicated by fellow employees, while the mediocre are allowed to thrive. Most employees skate doing little to no actual work.

Management doesn't have a clue who the real workers are. The employees who do the least are compensated the best.
