Pros

Remote work is possible, and schedules can be somewhat flexible. Work life balance is solid because agencies are closed on the weekends, a lot of talented and smart people.

Cons

Below market pay, toxic management, laying people off as a cost savings strategy to hire new folks cheaper (not taking into account the cost to train them). Constantly in a churn cycle of laying off employees, so no one feels safe which causes a lot of their best people to leave. Management has definitely been on meetings saying negative things about the performance of laid off employees. Allegedly low severance pay (2 weeks).

Pros

Software dev team fosters a respectful culture; head of engineering is patient and takes time to mentor team members to a high standard.

Cons

No cons from where I sit. Keep on scaling up ops teams appropriately.

Toxic leadership and lack of integrity

Pros

Basically none. They are liars.

Cons

Fired the entire company saying it was going out of business. Then they sold the shell of the company and are now acting like nothing happened and hiring cheaper people. Be very weary. The ceo talks a good game but is always running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
