Pros

Since the start of the year there’s been a massive shift. Honestly, a lot of things really needed to change (You can see from previous reviews on this page), and they actually have. The business feels like it has new energy and momentum now, and there’s a lot of excitement about where it’s heading. Some of the big things that have made a difference: Remote-first work (finally!) Better parental leave, LTI incentives, Pay is now at or above market for everyone Feels like a lot more investment is happening in people and culture It’s had a huge impact on the team – morale feels better, people are more engaged, and there’s just a lot more positivity day to day.

Cons

Things are moving quickly, so it can feel a bit full on, and we need to watch out for burn out but it’s moving in the right direction.

Great Place to Work

Pros

This is a fantastic place to work with a thriving start-up vibe. If the people you work around are important to you this is a great place to foster that. - Competitive Salary - Great Culture - Great P&C Team - Incredibly Supportive management team - Great company Vision - Me Days once per quarter and plenty of benefits! And Hybrid agreements

Cons

Send being 3-4 years old is scaling up and developing new products and systems therefore not everything is easy but it is becoming better by the day.
