Pros

Sendible is a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels like they are contributing to making the product better or doing their part to help produce a high quality experience.

Cons

Crunch times will happen, but luckily they happen rarely. What is work without the odd emergency however.

- The main office has a friendly atmosphere with a start-up vibe (Fussball and Table tennis) - As a fast-growing business you are given a lot of remit and responsibility - Opportunities come quickly - They want people to express themselves and share ideas - The company is well structured with a clear direction of where they are going - There is a constant emphasis on developing, so the company is constantly evolving - They offer flexible working and have an emphasis on a good work/life balance

* Friendly and stimulating environment where each employee gets to contribute to the growth of the company. * Wonderful, ambitious people across all departments who make coming to work a joy every day. * Challenging and fun industry to work in with lots of changes happening frequently, so no one day is the same to the other. * Awesome product with a lot of potential to truly become industry's best in its niche! * Great perks -- flexi-hours, remote working, paid health insurance, learning allowance, quarterly and monthly events with the team, and more.

Cons

* Slightly remote office in North Finchley, but this is countered with flexible working policies.
