Pros

The team was always empathetic, good at getting stuff done, team-building was done on an infrequent basis but they always organised good activities, lunches, etc for everyone. Good work-life balance, good support for employees, good amount of trust of our customer support team.

Cons

Some dysfunction between technical and non-technical teams when I was there.

Very transparent & you can learn a lot quickly. Caring, high performing team supports each other. Not a lot of politics.

Cons

Leadership doesn't always provide clear direction. Starting to get into an adolescent phase - not small, not big.
