Pros

Some of the people who work there are great, honest people.

Cons

Poor top management. No managerial vision or desire for positive, sustainable change. Rank and file employees are treated worse than dirt. Ethics is not something the company prides itself on. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to work for anyone, not even an enemy.

Can gain technical experience quickly and can take on responsibility off the hop if you're competent

Cons

Stuck in the past and reluctant to adapt to the next wave of Engineers/workforce. The environment feels very much like a boys locker room with old dudes stubbornly reminiscing on "the good 'ol days" with a thick air of misogyny and quiet racism. Avoid if you don't wear a red hat.
