      Fantastic ice machine in dayroom

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. Poor management that engage in personal relationships with staff. Management gossips and have no interest in improving processes or workflows. Participants being treated differently based on social skills or lack thereof. Witnessing waste of state resources/funding. Many short cuts and lack of security
