      Flexible schedule Good pay Paid holidays time and a half Good benefits

      Cons

      Have to work holidays Not enough hours. For someone that wants to work a full time job this may not be the right place. Some clients are hard to care for.

      My office was pretty good about making sure you liked the people you were working with.

      Cons

      The pay is fixed. You get a starting pay with incremental small raises wish don’t even come close to inflation. I never asked for more but I got the understanding that it wasn’t really an option. Also if you don’t have a good work life balance they will squeeze you for every hour they can.
