Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

would definitely not recommend this community.. I have many years experience working in senior living communities and I have personal experience with assisting my mother and grandmother when searching for communities for them. This community had mold, the carpets are horribly stained and have a terrible odor. The residents have no control over the temperature in their apartments. No thermostats or Air conditioning units in the apartments. I walked past a residents apartment in the morning and she had her door open and was crying because it was so hot in her apartment. Brought me to tears! Someone defecated on the rug in the memory care building and it smelled for many hours. All the residents had to deal with that for way too long. The garbage was overflowing on the nurses carts and other areas. The model had trash piled up in the closet. The pictures were crooked on the walls and there were scratches all over the top of the dresser (AND THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MODEL APT). The supposed gym was only a room full of folding chairs. No exercise equipment at all. Upper management were incredibly rude and did not show any care for the residents. It's only about money for them. Horrible place. BEWARE!!!!

Pros

The only pro is you have one long work week & one short work week.

Cons

For starters, you really have no good work, home balance. The pay is terrible. At most jobs after 6 months you get a raise, no. They barey have enough staff to even cover their shifts. So half of the time you’re working by yourself. And if they mess up your hours or your check, it’ll be forever before they get it fixed. They genuinely do not care about their workers as individuals. As long as you come to work they dont care. And you’re constantly getting called to come in to work on your days off because they dont have enough staff. They make empty promises for “gift cards”, etc in return for you working on your days off. And they constantly hire people that never stay for more than a few days and quit because of management.

Pros

Alot of great people that all want same thing. Listen and let staff communicate. Not be talked at and the door slammed.

Cons

Challenge after challenge. Facility has been without. nurse, regional and ED for app 8 months. No training. Dont just jump in or you will stay in trouble for that too. Dont beleive the open door policy, its just gets slammwd in your face. INTIMIDATED AND BULLIED. Fierd for crying.
