      -Fast approval (under 2 days)

      Cons

      -dispatch is really disrespectful and hang up on u and expect u to use ur phone to communicate with them while driving -didn’t pay for one week cause I wanted my account closed -doesn’t really explain how everything works and excepted to know your self (got screamed on when asked a question)

      comfortable relaxed environment, no hard deadlines to really meet, office snacks

      Cons

      insanely disorganized, lack of direction, management is terrible, rude employees, culture in the company is nonexistent, one small room to work in, no bonuses, high expectations and no reward, very little training, you're blamed for management's mistakes

      This is a Start Up at its finest! Lots of room for creativity and freedom to make a sizable impact on the company. Performed a few duties outside of my job responsibilities which expanded my skill set. CEO & CTO are good people! The office has a lot of opportunity for networking. Sometimes food trucks stop by, so there’s a variety of food options! Free coffee! Overall, good learning experience.

      Cons

      The team is very small. Must be a team player with a positive attitude to join. At times, the job could be very hectic because lack of team members and resources. However, it gave me plenty of opportunity to challenge myself to problem solve. Parking situation is bad. Make sure you’re careful where you park, it’s way too small and people are so inconsiderate.
