1) lot of things to learn 2) as a startup there are a lot of things to do and learn and never pressured over time 3) will be able to work on big features as an individual 4) small but helpful team 5) raise/increment every 6 months or 1 year but always by decent/good amount

Cons

1) in 2023 (during/after recession) salaries are delayed as much as 3-4 months but when we ask what is the reason we always get one response - "payment form client are delayed but rest assured we are a profitable company and it will be resolved by this month" if not for delayed salary will be 4/5 for working and learning 2) no fun interaction/events for building relations/bond with colleague
