Pros
Not a Good Environment to work. Review system is terriable in that you have someone reviewing you that doesnot even know your work ethics.
Cons
I have not found many cons yet. Totally unprofessional . Slow to move and getting things done. If you work hard and know what you are doing ,people do not appreciate and notice your work.
