      Pros

      Lots of out-of-the box thinkers with great ideas. Colleagues that treat you with respect. There is a good personal development budget (although not sure if this still exists because of COVID), Office is lovely and a great location. Option to be remote or in the office.

      Cons

      Whilst Sensat is an overall positive place to work, the pay is not great. I am making 4X my previous salary a year on from leaving. The work environment when I started, compared to when I left is wholly different. My direct manager came from an industry where standing on people's toes and throwing people under the bus is needed to get ahead. You could REALLY feel this in the team dynamic. Since leaving, 80% of my team members have also left and I think there have been some redundancies. The work environment definitely has "cliques" which appear boisterous and intimidating to those on the outside. The two co-founders are both "rugby lads" which is where this stems from.

      Hey and thanks for the feedback. Lots has changed in a year (including moving to a 4 day week), and I hope that we have grown as a company since you left. Really pleased the new role is working out!

      This place isn't just a job - you WANT to work here and you enjoy every moment. Looked long and hard for a place where the company is great, the culture is unreal and of course, the product is industry leading.

      Cons

      None at this stage - great place to be!
