Pros
Great location and idea for the product, that's about it.
Cons
Leadership is lacking and not proactive - the CEO seems to rely on hindsight instead of taking a hands on approach. The turnover rate has increased a lot while working there, and it seems harder to keep people to stick around. It seems there is not a clear vision for the product, so resources are wasted while the company tries to figure out what it is going to do next.

It's a startup. You know the perks. Abundance in everything. Food, drinks, tech all the good stuff you could want.
Cons
It's a startup. lol risk inherent. Just know the money could run out at some point, but hey that's part of accepting a job at a 10 person company.
