      Open and Transparent. A great team of friendly, passionate and focused professionals. A results driven team, always striving to add value to our customers and internal team. Flexible hours. Extremely supportive environment and everyone is encouraged to be the best version of themselves they can be from the CEO, down.

      Cons

      If slacking off and hiding behind problems is your thing, this is not the place for you. We have a great culture but the team are highly motivated to delighting our customers.

      Fantastic culture Great people Flexible working - no mandated office days Transparent leadership Interesting & varied work

      Cons

      Flat structure means not a lot of career opportunities for some team members but this comes with working in a small business.
